Specialist - Radiology
Dr. Ghaffar completed his graduation from the Army Medical College, Pakistan in 1981. He then went on to acquire a Diploma in Radiology from the Armed Forces Post Graduate Medical Institute (AFPGMI). He became a Fellow of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS), Pakistan in 1992.
Dr. Ghaffar started his career with the Millitary Hospital in Mardan, Pakistan where he served as a GDMO with the Medical Ward and the Emergency Department in 1985. In 1987, Dr. Ghaffar underwent medical training from the Boston University USA. From 1994 onwards, he served as the Head of Department / Supervisor FCPS/ MCPS)/ Consultant Radiologist at the Combined Military Hospital &PNS Shifa Hospital. In 2008, he moved to the Army Medical College as a Consultant Radiologist and then joined the King Khalid Hospital in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Dr. Ghaffar has more than 30 years of experience in his field. He has attended a number of medical workshops and conferences. He has also published articles in key medical journals.
